Special Friend

Good evening everyone

Hope you have all been keeping well.

First of all I have had lots of problems with my PC recently but I've finally got it back - I am seriously thinking that a new one is required as it has been giving me problems on and off for a while now and I'm fed up with keeping having it fixed, on top of that Brian hasn't been very good, so much so that the Doctor signed him straight off for a month yesterday as his blood pressure had gone through the roof.  I am so pleased as I have been worried sick and scared that he may have another stroke so I just want him home resting and relaxing now.

On top of all this Benn has started his GCSE's and gosh I think I am more nervous than him.  It is only 2 weeks until he turns 16 and boy am I starting to feel old.  He seems so grown up and knows exactly what he wants to do in life.  It won't be long now until he will be starting the next phase of his life and attending college as he made the choice of going there first then university rather than staying on at school.  So lots of change on the horizon.

I have been busy creating though, and here's one of them, a birthday card for a very good friend.  Hope you like it.

I have used some Stampin Up papers from my stash along with one of the adorable Paintbox Poppet images.  All the flowers are all from Wild Orchid Crafts.

I am entering this into the following challenges:

4 Crafty Chicks - Only stamping allowed is the Sentiment
Crafters Companion - Here comes Summer
Little Miss Muffet - Flowers
Forever Friends - Spring including an Animal
Dutch Dare Card Challenge - Birthdays
Do You Stack Up - Use a Flower
The Paper Shelter - Anything Goes

Thanks for stopping by and see you soon, in fact soon than you think lol x

  10. Computers are a pain when they don't work right Max. Hope the time off work helps Brian, they are such a worry. Seems like no time from my baby was doing her GCSEs! She has just finished her first year at Uni, off to collect her in Cheltenham on Saturday:0 Love your gorgeous card, the image is just adorable.
